Zivo connects an approved business number through Meta’s official WhatsApp Cloud API. Your business retains control of its Meta business assets; Meta access and approval are required.
M-Pesa settlement
Zivo initiates STK requests and records provider callbacks against invoices. The settlement destination and account ownership are confirmed during onboarding; Zivo is the workflow record, not a bank or stored-value wallet.
Hosting and backups
Production data runs in managed server infrastructure with workspace access controls, operational backups, and recovery procedures. Current hosting location and backup-retention details are available during security review.
Cancellation and export
You can request cancellation and export available business records before workspace closure. Retention and deletion follow the agreed terms and data-protection requirements.
Support commitments
Support scope, contact route, operating window, escalation path, and response targets are confirmed in your selected support plan or service agreement before go-live.
Free forever plan
Zivo Start is free forever for invoices, expenses, balances, and essential reports. No card is required. Paid upgrades are optional when you need WhatsApp, M-Pesa automation, or team workflows.
