What is a billable WhatsApp message?

A message Meta successfully delivers and charges under its current WhatsApp pricing rules.

The estimate uses KES 0.52 per delivered billable message. Failed messages are not included. Some service or utility messages may be free under Meta’s current rules. Your invoice uses recorded delivery and usage data—not the number typed into this calculator.

No surprise usage charges. You can review message counts and the rate used before billing. Subscription, additional numbers, and WhatsApp usage appear as separate line items. Estimates are clearly marked; actual usage is based on recorded delivered messages.

What happens after you choose

Onboarding

We confirm your plan, business number, staff access and payment workflow. Standard onboarding is included where stated; custom migration, integrations or training are quoted before work starts.

Annual billing

Pay once for 12 months at the published annual price. The calculator shows both the annual invoice and its monthly equivalent so comparison stays honest.

Changing or cancelling

Request a plan change or cancellation before the next renewal. Access continues through the paid period. WhatsApp usage already incurred and approved custom work remain payable.

Your data

Export the business records available to your plan before access ends. We do not present cancellation as a reason to hide your invoices, payments or customer history.

Zivo subscription covers the Zivo app. WhatsApp Cloud API delivered-message usage is billed from actual usage, currently estimated at about KES 0.52 per delivered billable message. Example: 1,000 delivered billable messages x about KES 0.52 is about KES 520, excluding your Zivo subscription. Meta charges on delivery, and some utility messages inside an active 24-hour customer service window may be free.
